Studio Nari

Studio Nari is a creative consultancy and branding studio set up by Caterina Bianchini. The studio has worked with a variety of clients including Reebok, Selfridges and Levi. It is a studio which I take a huge amount of inspiration from due to their approach to projects. Caterina has created a unique process, The Art of Seeing which contains three steps: Pause, Reflect and Appreciate. This process was inspired by concepts in Art as Design by Bruno Munari and Ways of Seeing by John Berger.  The first step is to reflect on potential objects to admire its value and purpose eg. a tree standing for thousands of years then reflect upon it eg describing a leaf on the tree could use adjectives like curved, green or bendy, this then can be appreciated and begin to create potential designs.
